Note:  Multi-vote method was used to prioritize.  Each person had a total of 10 points to distribute to any of the goals they wanted (not a force ranking).  The points for each item were added.  The top scoring goals became the priority goals for this year.   Top scoring items are shown in BOLD in the table.
