        WIFM – what’s in it for me/my business
        WIFUs – what’s in it for us – our group, The Chamber
        WIFWF – What’s in it for West Fel Parish/St. Francisville
Have group divided into 3 groups of 5 and spend 10 min at each flip chart.  Each item above would be broken down into two parts -  Ex:  What’s in it for me NOW  and  What would benefit me in the FUTURE.  The NOW items can be viewed as our current assets – what do we have to offer now.   The “what do we want to offer in the future” items will set the stage for goals development.
